Marshall & Stewart makes luxury beds by hand in the UK from natural materials. The six beds of the Diamond Collection each come with a 25-year guarantee on springs and frames. The only place to try and buy one is the Westend Bed Company showroom, 215 Upper Richmond Road West, East Sheen, London SW14 8QT.

The six beds

• Koh-i-Noor: our flagship, a 3,000-spring mattress on a divan of hand-lashed hourglass springs.
• Cullinan: a 3,000-spring mattress on a divan with two rows of springs, one Bonnell and one pocketed, for depth of support.
• Florentine: a 2,000 pocket-spring mattress with cotton, English wool and hand-teased horsetail, for structure and firm support.
• Orloff: the Florentine mattress on the Koh-i-Noor base, for firm precision.
• Sancy: a 1,500 pocket-spring mattress with a gentler, more yielding surface, on the same base as the Florentine.
• Hortensia: shares its mattress design with the Sancy, on a base built by a specialist framemaker, with optional integrated storage drawers.

What a luxury bed costs

The six beds range from £18,230 (Hortensia) to £54,100 (Koh-i-Noor) for a super king (180 × 200 cm) set including top mattress, with prices as of April 2026.
