At the heart of the Florentine lies a 2,000 pocket-spring system, engineered to deliver exceptional support while maintaining subtle adaptability. Each spring moves independently, distributing weight evenly and relieving pressure points for deeper, more restorative rest.
This spring core is cushioned with natural layers: breathable cotton, pure English wool, and resilient hand-teased horsetail. Together, these materials create a balanced, temperature-regulated sleeping surface that supports the body throughout the night.
The mattress is finished with two rows of traditional hand side-stitching, soft wool tufts to secure the fillings, and internally supported handles for practicality and longevity. Available in four firmness options, it can be tailored to your exact preference.

The Florentine divan is crafted by experienced English carpenters and upholsterers using time-honoured methods. Its robust timber frame is reinforced with internal corner blocks for additional stability and strength.

Within sits a 10cm deep pocket spring system, designed to provide consistent, evenly distributed support across the entire surface. Above the springs, flax insulators and layers of horsetail and lambswool create a supportive yet breathable platform for the mattress.

The divan may be upholstered in fashionable fabrics of your choice and paired with a selection of refined legs, allowing it to complement any interior scheme.
